VOTE OUT GOVERNOR BELLO – PDP TELL NIGERLITES IN SALLAH MESSAGE

In a message to felicitate with the people of Niger state on the celebration of this years ed-el- fitri Muslim festival, the Peoples Democratic Party PDP in the state has asked that the occasion should be used to pray for the revival of the state and national economies.

The party noted with regret that Nigerians were passing through difficult times as a result of the poor management of the state and national economies.

In the sallah message signed by the state chairman of the party, Barrister Tanko Beji and made available to newsmen in Minna on Thursday the party said: “We are fast approaching the 2019 general elections when by the grace of Allah we will re-reclaim our mandate which we mistakenly lost to the All Progressives Congress APC which as a result has also thrown our state into serious socio-economic retrogression”.

Tanko Beji therefore advised the people to ensure they obtained their voter’s card “which is the only licence you have to vote and vote out the bad leadership we now have in place.
“You should ignore any obstacle put on your way to obtaining these cards because the pains of today will be the joy and enjoyment of tomorrow” he said.

Tanko Beji who assured the people that their welfare would continue to remain paramount on the PDP agenda added that the PDP would not do anything that would negatively affect the peace and stability of the state urging the people to “celebrate with decorum and peacefully”

He also challenged all the Muslim ummah to be their brothers and sisters keepers by providing for the less privileged in the society.

“As this is a season of giving, it will not be out of place to plead with those of us that Allah has blessed to remember the down trodden ones among us by sharing part of our God given wealth with our brothers and sisters that are in dire need of what to eat and the cloth to wear believing that doing so will bring us reward from almighty Allah”.
