Aisha Yesufu: Social critic, right activist and social media influencer.  Her work in calling attention to major societal malaise has earned her several admirers and haters, Aisha is undoubtedly a dogged fighter and a no-nonsense voice that has consistently being in News for Several reasons.

Senator Zaynab A. Kure: Rising from public service to been First Lady of Niger State through which she empowered thousands of youth under her pet program, Project YES, elected Senator from Niger South for two terms  and in 2021 she is elevated to a member of the PDP BoT and endorsed as the First female State Party leader in Nigeria.

Zainab Ahmad: known on Social media as Bint Hijazi, She is a very vocal voice in activism for social order, recently led the Secure North protest despite intimidation from the Nigerian Security agencies. The protest is aimed at calling on the Nigerian Government to curb the incessant killings and kidnappings by terror bandits across Northern Nigeria. Recently dozens of Travelers were burnt alive including women and children.

Shatu Garko: Shatu Made headlines towards the end of 2021, for wining the Miss Nigeria 2021 wearing the Hijab. The Hijab is an Islamic dress.

Dr. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala: Nigerian economist, former finance minister, environmental sustainability advocate, human welfare champion, sustainable and global development expert. Emerged Director-General of the World Trade Organization.

Dr. Obiageli Ezekwesili: Nigeria’s former education minister, activist and now appointed to the Board of Directors of Nexford University.

Ebun Feludu: She is the brain behind JAM The Coconut Food Company, a family legacy business that creates food and beauty solutions from coconuts. At the center of her operations is an army of coconut amazons who live in the rural coastal communities where her factories are located. The women make up 80 per cent of Feludu’s workforce and their work accounts for 80 per cent of household income. With the money they earn, they are able to support their families and educate their children, thereby breaking the cycle of poverty.

Aisha Buhari: Wife of the Nigerian President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari, Aisha was in in the news for several reasons in 2021, the last been rumored pregnancy, which was later debunked, Aisha Buhari is a social critic, she bears her mind on several issues including sometimes critical of Government policy. 

Sadiya Farouq: Is Nigeria’s Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Farouq has made several headlines in 2021 for several reasons, especially with regards to her Ministry’s social intervention programs.

Rahama Sadau: She is a Nigerian actress, businesswoman, filmmaker, dancer and singer. Born and raised in Kaduna, she runs an NGO to support the less privileged, Rahma rose to fame in late 2013 after joining the Kannywood movie Industry with her first movie Gani ga Wane, Rahma has now joined the Indian Movie industry, Bollywood.

Fifi Ekanem Ejindu is a Nigerian Architect, businesswoman and philanthropist.

She is featured in the 2018 edition of the Famous African Women Architects published by People Maven.

Fifi, as she is popularly known, is one of the most celebrated Architects and businesswomen in Nigeria.
