At about 11-12 Midnight, 9 days ago, a village called Nuhutuko just a few meters away from the Capital city of Minna, in the neighboring Bosso LGA of Niger state, was attacked by suspected kidnappers.

In the Mileu that ensued two persons were shot (later treated at IBB speacialist hospital) another was kidnapped, families with children ran for their lives and became IDPs at a near by Primary School.

Mubarak Usman, a 22 years old man, full of energy was taken away against his wish, a day later, the kidnappers called to demand a ransome of N5m from the poor family.

The family couldn’t afford it, the kidnappers called later to lower the ransom to N3m.

Since then the family has fixed a tax on all family members to raise the money.
